Description
Note: This position is open to candidates at either the Marketing Data Analyst or Senior Marketing Data Analyst level, depending on experience and qualifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions and guide budget allocation
Assess channel effectiveness through media mix and multi-touch attribution to evaluate effectiveness of various touchpoints on conversions
Develop, automate and maintain dashboards to analyze marketing campaign performance, spend, tactics, conversions and customer behavior
Lead the analysis and optimization across traditional and digital marketing channels, including direct mail, email, paid and organic media, to maximize ROI and improve targeting and spend efficiency
Present campaign insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders across product and marketing teams
Define success metrics and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, presentations and recurring reports
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and verification processes
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


Minimum Years of Experience Specialization - 4-6 Years Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business or related field

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel limited to attending meetings or training sessions as needed.

Physical Requirements:

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time, constantly operate a computer up to 50% of the time and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers, customers, and/or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate information

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is salary and exempt.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by solving complex problems, persistent in interpreting data and skilled at communicating how to turn results into data-driven solutions. Prior banking experience is a plus!

You can influence and collaborate with management teams, and have a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet commitments
