Define, develop, and lead implementation of software product deliverables. Work with Strategic Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies and Agile methodologies. Remediate defects/outages. Work with RPA design/development and ITIL. Engage with offshore development team to support and maintain RAFT operations.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or related field. Requires at least 5 years of experience in information technology including computer/business systems analysis and at least 3 years with RPA design/development and ITIL.
