The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Residential HVAC Technician-(multiple locations within Ohio) who can handle everything from furnace fixes to AC installations. You’ll be the hero our customers call when their climate control systems go rogue. Every day brings new challenges, new systems, and new smiles.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
Install new equipment with precision and care
Educate homeowners on their systems and energy-saving tips
Perform routine inspections to prevent future breakdowns
Document work and communicate clearly with the team
Bring your problem-solving skills—and your sense of humor—to every job
What We’re Looking For:
HVAC certification or equivalent experience
Solid troubleshooting skills and a love for tech
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A positive attitude (bonus points for dad jokes and puns about thermostats)
