Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers across our Ohio locations, assisting with HVAC service inquiries, scheduling, and customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding HVAC and pool service needs.
Schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and equipment installations across multiple Ohio locations.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing.
Assist customers in troubleshooting basic HVAC -system issues before dispatching technicians.
Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information, service history, notes, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with dispatchers, service technicians, and managers to ensure efficient job assignment and customer satisfaction.
Manage billing questions, service agreements, and warranty inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when needed.
Support office operations with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure customers receive a positive, seamless experience from first contact to completed service.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service experience (HVAC or trades industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or similar technical service industry.
Knowledge of common HVAC terminology and equipment.
Familiarity with dispatching or field-service coordination.
