REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 02/01/2026-11/30/2026. Must agree to work Mon & Tues, 9 hours per day, Wed-Sat, 8 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., Driver requirements, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Job requires tending to livestock in the forms of feeding, watering, bathing, leading, grooming, and prepping for sale. Job also requires operating tractors with various implements including manure spreaders, mowers, ATVs, and UTVs. Job duties include cleaning stalls by hand with pitchfork and rake; transporting manure to manure spreaders; feeding horses with grain and hay using wheel barrows, ATVs, etc.; watering horses; bathing, leading, grooming, and sale prepping horses; breaking and mannering young horses; assisting with foaling mares to deliver baby foals; removing snow from required work areas; mowing, performing weed control, and performing grounds maintenance; performing daily cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, sweeping barn aisles; weaning horses; working with young foals and handling them to tie, lead, and barn manners; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, buildings, fences, gates, barns and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; and regularly servicing equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
