Superior Credit Union is actively seeking a full-time Contact Center Representative at our Elida branch. If you are a hard-working individual that has extensive customer service experience and banking knowledge, we encourage you to apply today.

 

Shift: 10:30am- 7pm

 

Pay Range: $17.29- $28.60 DOE

 

Required Skills:

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player is required.
  • Previous contact center experience preferred.
