Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you'll support laboratory operations, perform routine testing and analysis, and help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for science and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to standard operating protocols
* Prepare samples, reagents, and documentation for analysis
* Accurately record and report data in compliance with lab standards
* Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
* Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies
* Support general lab maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline), work experience in a laboratory environment will also be consdired in lieu of degree.
* Previous laboratory experience preferred (academic or professional)
* Familiarity with standard lab equipment and procedures
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
