POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Control Production Associate performs in-process inspections, verifies product specifications, and identifies non-conforming materials to maintain compliance with Safety, QC, and ISO standards. This role supports production by conducting precise measurements, documenting findings, updating quality logs, and ensuring parts meet all technical and regulatory requirements before release.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and the general ledger.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare accurate, timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow to support data-driven leadership decisions.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory control, cycle counting, and margin analysis; partner with cross-functional teams to improve ERP accuracy and reduce waste.
- Lead cash flow forecasting, borrowing base reporting, and financial risk management.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic planning.
- Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with GAAP, ITAR, and all applicable regulations.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance in partnership with external advisors.
- Recommend and implement process improvements across accounting, reporting, and ERP workflows.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide proactive recommendations to drive performance.
- Support capital investment analyses, pricing strategies, and long-term financial planning.
- Present financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations to organizational leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. Citizenship required for regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory control, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience working within ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Infor, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Hands-on, results-driven leadership style with a focus on process improvement and measurable outcomes.
