Position: Quality Control Production Associate
Location: Painesville, Ohio
Hours: Full-Time (M-F 6:00-2:30)
Pay: $17-$17.50/Hr

POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Control Production Associate performs in-process inspections, verifies product specifications, and identifies non-conforming materials to maintain compliance with Safety, QC, and ISO standards. This role supports production by conducting precise measurements, documenting findings, updating quality logs, and ensuring parts meet all technical and regulatory requirements before release.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and follow all Safety and Quality Control procedures.
- Maintain all safety regulations and support a safe work environment.
- Stop produced non-conforming material from reaching customers.
- Update all APS and overseas logs.
- Understand what aspects of each part must be checked and why, ensuring production continues efficiently.
- Record findings using company standards.
- Identify potential ISO violations.
- Conduct all in-process inspections.
- Print part-number labels for all parts and apply labels when time permits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Competent using tools such as tape measures, angle finders, squares, gauges, calipers, CMM-Romer, and related equipment.
- Experience working with safety requirements.
- Prior manufacturing experience — two or more years working with Quality and ISO procedures preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Safety training.
