Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Painesville, Ohio
Hours: Full-Time (M-F, 6:30-3:00)
Pay: $24.50 - $38.00/Hr

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The role involves preventative maintenance, safety monitoring, equipment updates, and general facility upkeep. This is a hands-on position requiring mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility-related issues
• Maintain and follow preventative maintenance schedules
• Identify, report, and assist in correcting safety concerns
• Perform lifting, pushing, or pulling of up to 70 lbs
• Stand for extended periods as required by job duties
• Maintain or obtain forklift certification
• Perform grounds and facility maintenance as needed
• Update, rebuild, relocate, and install equipment
• Recommend improvements to equipment, processes, and workflow
• Follow established safety practices and procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Monitor supply inventory and request replenishment as needed
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for machinery and facility systems
• Foundational understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Welding and torch experience preferred
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles and methods
• Strong customer-service mindset when supporting internal teams
• Positive attitude toward training, learning, and skill development
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• 2 years of experience preferred
