The Client First Center Video Banker is a position whereby the Banker's responsibilities include engaging with customers through a variety of support channels, which may include incoming ITM sessions and transactions. A Video Banker is expected to drive retention, adoption and engagement of customers through non-traditional channels using unique technology, programs and associations. The Video Banker is responsible for providing customer transaction services using video enabled interactive teller technology (ITM) via two way, and represents First Financial Bank well by presenting a positive, professional image and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries relating to bank products and services. Inquires may be received via ITM session delivered through ITM routing technology.
* Remain current on products, services, policies and procedures
* Resolve customer issues through account research and utilization of support materials and resources
* Perform customer account transaction and maintenance activities accurately
* Strive for first contact resolution of customer inquiries, transactions and problem resolution
* Escalate customer requests requiring additional knowledge or expertise as defined by department leadership

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Must have strong communication skills in a face to face environment and be comfortable being on camera.
* Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Live within ≤ 60 miles from Pictoria, Greensburg or Columbus (IN) locations, and should not move without prior notice to Bank

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

* 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
* Working knowledge of database software, such as Jack Henry Silverlake, Teller Now/Network Manager or other customer information systems

Level of Complexity and Scope

* Entry Level to intermediate, with some routine tasks.
* Resolve issues with varying degrees of complexity through account research and utilization of support materials and resources.

Degree of Independence and Decision-Making

* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Works under moderate supervision in day-to-day activities following established guidelines escalating issues as needed.

Required Supervisory Responsibilities

* This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

* Prolonged periods of deskwork.
* Frequent use of computer, keyboard, phone and office equipment.
* Occasionally moving within the office or to other locations within the building.
* Occasionally lifting and carrying light objects, typically up to 10-15 pounds.
* Occasionally reaching for items on shelves or in drawers.
* Clear and effective communication in person and over the phone.
* Ability to move within an office environment.
