Entry-Level, Part-Time (20 hrs/week): $18,700/year
Experienced, Full-Time (40 hrs/week): $43,680/year
Anything over 40 hours: Paid at time-and-a-half
Schedule: 20–50 hours per week
Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Minimum Age: 18
Positions Available: 10

Position Summary
This role supports residential and commercial moving operations by performing packing, loading, unloading, and transport tasks with care and professionalism. The Crew Member works as part of a team to ensure safe handling of customer belongings, efficient job completion, and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Safely pack, load, transport, and unload customer belongings.
Follow proper lifting techniques and equipment use to prevent damage or injury.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Complete paperwork, inventory, and documentation as required.
Maintain truck organization and ensure items are secured during transit.
Use moving equipment such as dollies, pads, straps, and ramps appropriately.
Assist in disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed.
Protect customer property by using proper padding, wrapping, and transport techniques.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures throughout each job.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, carrying, bending).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and occasional overtime.
Physical Requirements
Frequent lifting of items up to 75 lbs.
Standing, walking, bending, and carrying for extended periods.
Working indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.
