As a Braze Technician, you'll operate metal fabrication equipment in compliance with company operating procedures using Tack welding processes.
What you'll do:
Produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
Operates brazing and soldering equipment.
Operates metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines.
Working independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
Computing and verifying dimensions to ensure accuracy.
Observing all applicable safety practices and immediately reporting any unsafe practices or conditions.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year Brazing experience and or Tack and Alloy experience.
Have experience reading and interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.
Possess effective communication skills with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Be able to sit for extended periods of time.
