Electrician / Wirer - Houston, Texas - Job 25-01546

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $31.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

Houston, Texas manufacturer is seeking to hire an Electrician / Wirer. The Electrician will follow engineering drawings to install components onto relay panels, run and terminate wires.

REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of installing components onto relay panels, run and terminate wires
• Read blueprints, work orders, and/or schematics to safely construct specified structure; develops additional sketches if needed.
• Conduit bending, threading and installation including EMT, RGS and RAL.
• Installing electrical panels, breakers, fuses and ensuring that the electrical system is properly grounded.
• Installing electrical wiring, wire, outlets, switches, junction boxes.
• Installing electrical components in new buildings, machinery, computers, or other equipment
• Cut openings and drill holes for fixtures, outlet boxes, and fuse holders, using electric drills and routers.
• Design and installation of conduit to fit required space restrictions using 1-line diagrams per NEC codes and customer specifications.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
