Job Description

Plant Maintenance Technician - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 25-01543

Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

4 days / 12 hour shifts. 7pm to 7am for either Saturday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday or Sunday-Monday-Thursday-Friday.

Columbus, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks a Plant Maintenance Technician who is able to maintain and repair machinery, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, the manufacturing facility.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Read and understand blueprints, hand-sketches, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical installation and repair manuals and able to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, teardown & rebuild machinery, fabricate parts, start-up and test run machinery.
• Experience with Food Quality and Food Safety compliance is a plus
• Familiar with machining, welding equipment and capable of becoming Forklift / Tow Motor Certified.
• Responsible for maintaining facility and grounds as needed.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
