REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 2/15/2026-11/01/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Crops/Commodities: nursery stock. Primary duties (performed the majority of workdays): Canning Laborer – Outdoor work is required when plants are wet, or during light rain, snow, moderate winds, direct sun, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Temperatures in fields during working hours may vary. Workers may be required to work during inclement weather. Sensitivity to environmental allergens, honeybees, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, or related chemicals may affect a worker's ability to perform the job. Work is done outdoors for long periods of time and requires prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, repetitive movements, and frequent bending and/or stooping. Workers must be able to handle, lift and carry heavy or bulky objects (product, containers), in accordance with the specified lifting requirements. •Responsible to shift plants to larger containers. •Operate Equipment according to safety guidelines. (Tractor & Forklift). •Keep all equipment, tools, and supplies clean and in good working order. •Communicate with team and other departments. •Work efficiently. •Team work environment. •Maintain equipment to make sure it is in excellent working order at all times. •Use forks on the tow motor to open bags of peat moss. •Use front end loader to transfer soil into mixer. •Work with bags of fertilizer. •Stage pots on canning machine for sizes needed. •Unload plants from liner prep wagons to canning machine. •Unload finished potted plants from conveyor to wagons. •Maintain steady work flow from start to finish on canning machine. •Clean up entire work area at the end of every day. •Any related job duty assigned by your supervisor. (variety, location, size). •Label plants until permanent crop stakes are applied. •Maintain steady work flow making sure that the canning crew doesn't run out of wagons. •Packing/Trumping finished plants once they are set down in the field. •Clean up all finished beds at the end of set down per day/week. (string, rebar, etc.) •Any related job duty assigned by your supervisor. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCEProvided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
