Job Description

Construction Estimator - Streetsboro, Ohio - JOB 25-01643

Salary Range: $90K - $105K Permanent Position with Benefits

Streetsboro, Ohio company is seeking to hire a Construction Estimator to develop bids for development, redevelopment and construction of historic buildings, Industrial, Manufacturing Buildings, Labs and Multifamily projects.

REQUIREMENTS
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 4+ year's experience in Construction Management and / or Estimating building development costs
• Solid knowledge of construction industry materials, methods, and the tools
• High energy with exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Good negation skills to interact with vendors, sub-contractors and clients
• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs
• Review construction documents, soil and testing reports
• Evaluate plans, research costs & develop project bid scopes
• Assist others to plan, organize, and schedule project work

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
