B&N Transportation Engineer, Entry Level Responsibilities:
- Be part of a project team, collaborating and learning from experienced civil Professional Engineers
- Work on design of roadway improvements on local and state transportation projects
- Be involved in plan preparation, geometric design, pavement rehabilitation, drainage design, utility design, traffic control and signal design, and maintenance of traffic design

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program or the ability to attain within 6 months of applying
- Engineer Intern registration in the state of Ohio or ability to attain within 6 months of applying
- Related transportation design and internship co-op experience desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
