Job Description

POSITION: Social Services Caseworker (PCN 30033.0)
SALARY: Starting at $44,782.40/year - $21.53/hourly
POSTED: December 9, 2025 @ 2:15 p.m.
This position is responsible for providing case management services to families or investigates allegations of abuse/neglect/dependency of children. Works closely with community partners and families to provide services to families in the Seneca County community. Individual reports to Social Services Supervisor.
•
FULL-TIME position, 40 hours per work week.
•
Some weekend work may be required. It is not uncommon for workers to work late hours.
•
Flexibility of early morning or evening hours as needed to complete job responsibilities.

Qualifications:
•
Bachelors degree in Social Work/related field or
•
Associates degree in Social Work/related field and must obtain Bachelors degree within 5 years of hire date.
•
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage needed.
•
Candidate must pass a comprehensive background assessment.
