Early Head Start Specialist
Full Time - 40 Hrs. per week
We are seeking a dedicated & organized individual to support Early Head Start operations, assist staff, manage program data, and help ensure high-quality services for children and families. This position requires maintaining confidentiality & attending all required trainings. Prefer someone with knowledge in Child Development & working with infants & toddlers. All applicants must have a High School Diploma/GED, a valid Ohio Driver's License and must be insurable under ABCEOI's fleet insurance policy and pass a Criminal Record Check and a Drug Screening and have reliable transportation. DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Attend Community Meetings & Recruitment Events
- Manage Teaching Strategies Gold Data, ChildPlus, & reports
- Assist with development, implementation & tracking of school readiness goals
- Become a Car Seat Technician, facilitate car seat classes
- Assist in reviewing lesson plans, developmental screenings, conducting chart audits
