Job Function

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

* Analyze product specifications to perform accurate quality control checks.
* Conduct quality inspections using various precision measuring instruments.
* Utilize vision inspection systems and coordinate-measuring machines to make complex measurements.
* Perform OES chemistry testing of metals.
* Perform Full Size and Machined Tensile Testing.
* Perform Hardness Testing of material.
* Setting up and performing destructive tests and inspections on materials, parts, or products.
* Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated functioning properly prior to use.
* Detect non-conforming products during the production process
* Work with production personnel to ensure that only quality products are produced.
* Record test results and create inspection reports.
* Approve finished products for shipment.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are paramount. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through various inspection methods.

* Knowledge of quality control processes.
* Experience in quality assurance and conducting quality inspections.
* Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
* Ability to analyze data and identify deviations from quality standards.
* Familiarity with vision inspection systems and coordinate-measuring machines is a plus.
* Experience in performing mechanical testing required.
* Quality inspection: 3 years (Required).
