Position: House Supervisor

Pay: $42,000 - $45,000 annually

POSITION SUMMARY
The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a residential group home setting and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of adult residents with developmental disabilities. This role provides leadership to direct care staff, supports behavioral health interventions, manages case documentation, and coordinates crisis response as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 20 staff members
• Provide oversight and support to residents in a group home environment
• Implement behavioral health strategies tailored to individual resident needs
• Coordinate and respond to crisis situations using approved intervention techniques
• Administer first aid when required
• Collect, track, and enter data related to resident progress
• Maintain case files and ensure regulatory and program compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
• Prior experience in a House Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Strong background in crisis intervention and behavioral support strategies
• Knowledge of case management, documentation, and data entry procedures
• Certification in behavioral health or a related field preferred
• GED/High School Diploma and at least 25 years of age
• Ability to work on-site and commute reliably
