Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Pallet Builder to join our team. This role involves assembling wooden pallets using hand tools while accurately measuring and cutting materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to read a tape measure accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wooden pallets according to specifications
Measure, cut, and align materials using a tape measure
Use hand tools such as nail guns, hammers, saws, and pry bars safely and efficiently
Inspect finished pallets to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
