Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Co-Op or Intern to join our team and support our digital marketing and communications efforts in our Cincinnati, Ohio global headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing and communications and is eager to learn and gain experience in both fields.
We are looking for an intern to join us either in Winter 2026 or Spring 2026.

Key Duties
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing and communications campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
Help develop and curate content for our social media channels and blog.
Assist in the creation of email campaigns, including drafting copy, designing graphics, and building email templates using marketing automation (HubSpot).
Help shoot and produce product and corporate photos, videos and animated graphics.
Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing and communications campaigns and website traffic and report on key metrics.
Collaborate with other teams, such as design and development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.
Qualifications
Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred
Currently pursuing a degree in Communication Design, Digital Communications, Media Production, Digital Media, or a related field
Competencies Required or preferred
Self-starter and able to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Experience and proven competence in Adobe Creative Suite of Applications, including Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Experience with social media platforms
Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress and SharePoint) and email marketing platforms (HubSpot) is a plus.
A positive attitude and collaboration are required.
