Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and keeping an office running smoothly. The position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time after 6 months based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with product ordering
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Organize files, records, and documentation
- Assist with vendor communication and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
