Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician in the Cleveland area!! Looking for a motivated team player that has some experience in the maintenance field! Further details are list below:
- Prep lines for shift start up.
- Answer and fix line calls throughout the day.
- Tear down, clean and assemble filling equipment.
- Label machine set up.
- Coder set up and repairs.
- Capper set up and repair.
- Answer line lead repair calls.
- Must have general filling equipment understanding.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must provide their own general tools (screwdrivers, wrench, plyers and allen wrenches)
- Some tool purchases are made by the company (i.e., drills, presses, etc.…)
- There is some building and mechanic maintenance that they need to perform.
- Must clean up after themselves.
- Must have perfect attendance.
- Must be able to work with owners down to hourly workers as well as other maintenance staff.
- Knowledge of PLC, electrical, plumbing and pipping are all major plusses.
- Must be able to self-diagnose problems that are presented them.
****Looking for liquid filling experience working with PLC and VFD knowledge. Anyone with knowledge with Ronchi fillers would be a great help.****
