Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Administrative- Maintain inventory of required badging supplies. Enter payroll deductions for ID badge deposits and parking violations. Submit badge refunds to Accounts Payable. Release lost and found property. Reconcile credit card and cash badge payments. Coordinate scheduling of groups of incoming students and other non-employees for badging.

* Background Checks- Uses preferred system to capture fingerprints for completion of background checks.

* Badging & Access Control- Issue ID badges. Assign physical access based on established criteria. Troubleshoot badge/ access problems.

* Reporting- Assist in providing reports to include card activity and other reports as directed and authorized by department policy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
