Location: Lima, Ohio - with the potential for remote work

Schedule: January–April (with light off-season work)

We are a locally respected accounting firm seeking a Seasoned Tax Preparer to join our team on a permanent seasonal basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about tax work and values consistency, precision, and service excellence.

Your Role:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and on time
• Stay current with tax laws and compliance requirements
• Contribute to light tax/bookkeeping assignments during the off-season
• Engage with clients and team members in a professional, reliable manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Active PTIN and strong technical proficiency
• Availability January through April is essential
• Meticulous attention to accuracy and deadlines
• A passion for taxes and commitment to client care
• IRS Enrolled Agent status is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar tools is preferred
