Overview




Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Manager/Deliverables Manager (ASTRA) to join the corporate team in direct support of opportunities aligned with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). In this role, you will manage the design, optimization, and execution of knowledge management systems, deliverable lifecycle processes, and configuration control across multiple ASTRA task orders. You will serve as a central integrator, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of contractual products while enabling knowledge continuity, mission alignment, and operational excellence. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to support Apogee's advisory and technical assistance delivery on NASIC's $866M, 8-year ASTRA multi-award contract.

This is a full-time position located at the Beavercreek, Ohio, corporate office, with up to 50% telework flexibility.


Responsibilities




Knowledge Management & Enterprise Information Architecture

Develop and maintain Apogee's ASTRA knowledge management framework, including repositories, metadata standards, taxonomies, templates, and controlled vocabularies.
Capture, curate, and maintain authoritative program artifacts, SOPs, workflows, lessons learned, and reusable technical content.
Conduct periodic audits of knowledge assets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
Provide training and user support for knowledge management platforms and tools.
Facilitate cross-task collaboration by sharing insights, reusable materials, and best practices across Apogee's ASTRA portfolio.

Deliverable Management & Compliance Execution

Lead the end-to-end management of task order deliverables, including CDRLs, reports, briefings, and data packages, ensuring on-time, in-scope submissions and government acceptance.
Maintain the authoritative deliverables registry and collaborate with Apogee's ASTRA portfolio team to define deliverable content, structure, and acceptance criteria.
Establish deliverable performance metrics-including on-time rate, rework, rejection rate, and cycle time-and provide proactive updates during IPRs and technical reviews.
Serve as the primary focal point for configuration control, versioning, adjudication traceability, and alignment with baselines and change directives.
Enhance deliverable workflows by standardizing templates, improving review processes, leveraging automation, and integrating lessons learned.
Support proposal development and BD activities by organizing operational materials, past performance information, and best practices.
Coordinate with Apogee corporate functions to ensure compliant execution of Apogee's ASTRA portfolio deliverables.


Qualifications




Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have a Secret level clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top-Secret/SCI level clearance and maintain it
Education: Bachelor's degree in information science, Knowledge Management, Business, Communications, IT, or related field.
Years of Experience: Eight (8) or more years supporting knowledge systems, deliverables, configuration control, or documentation in a DoD/IC environment.



Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: CKM - Certified Knowledge Manager (KMI) and/or CMII or CMPIC Certification

Clearance: Top-Secret level clearance with SCI eligibility

Additional Experience:

Experience supporting NASIC, Air Force intelligence missions, or IC analytic workflows.
Familiarity with CDRLs, MIL-STD deliverable processes, configuration management, and government acceptance criteria.
High level of expertise with collaboration and KM platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or structured repositories.
Demonstrated ability to design and optimize business processes, templates, and automated workflows.
Experience with risk identification, performance metrics, dashboarding, and portfolio-level reporting.
Experience with cloud computing or a foundational understanding of cloud technologies.

Location: Beavercreek, Ohio, corporate office

Hybrid: This position allows telework up to 50%
Travel: 10% CONUS travel may be required


Pay Range




USD $85,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
