We are expanding our laboratory team and seeking detail-oriented, quality-driven Medical Laboratory Technicians to support diagnostic testing and research activities in a high-standards clinical environment. What You'll Do

* Perform routine and specialized urinalysis testing, including automated instrumentation and manual microscopic review
* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers while following established protocols
* Accurately document results, support research-driven workflows, and ensure strict adherence to testing standards
* Follow all laboratory safety procedures, maintain specimen integrity, and collaborate with team members to meet study and workflow timelines
Requirements

* Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related laboratory science
* Certification (MLT-ASCP) preferred; equivalent laboratory experience considered
* Prior experience in a clinical, research, or microbiology laboratory strongly preferred
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow standardized procedures
* Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and safe laboratory practices
