Job Overview

The Local Chain Account Manager Food Service's primary focus is to support both the customer and CCCI operations teams from a field sales perspective. This individual is connected with CCCI's Field Operations Teams to ensure that business plans are efficiently executed as agreed upon. This role will leverage a broad understanding of the assigned outlets, the competition, and the marketplace to foster growth by driving sales and exploring additional opportunities for incremental revenue and margin results.

Duties & Responsibilities


Manage relationships with key regional fountain customers with potential expansion throughout MU/neighboring MUs later.
Makes HQ call, manages contract, execution elements, introduces growth opportunities.
Establishes and leads cross-functional relationships with CCCI Field Operations to ensure alignment on execution objectives and to establish efficient and balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Develops and maintains partnerships with operational leadership teams of customer base, bottling partners, and brand partners to develop regional programming while ensuring sales execution plans are achieved. Monitors and measures service metrics and utilizes results to develop standards, improvements, or changes to the process.
Leverages sales execution tools and processes to ensure CCCI Field Operations maximize sales opportunities for customer-specific programming. Ensures that customer and department goals are met and adhering to the approved strategic plan.
Coordinates relationships with other bottlers
Understands key personnel, sales, equipment services and funding.
Coordinates relationships between customer and other bottlers for local needs
Works with NAOU on future new business targets
Gains agreement as to which accounts will be targeted locally vs nationally.
Analyzes sales data and partners with customers and cross-functional leaders to identify gaps, remedies, and solutions concerning plan execution and sales strategies; implements tactics to reverse or sustain trends.
Visits individual locations to build relationships and ensure in-store execution.
Coordinates equipment/service-related issues with customer
Ensures customer is correctly paid contract funding in a timely manner.
Works with CCCI contract administrator to ensure funding is correctly accrued.
Works with other bottlers to ensure customer/CCCI is paid correct share.
Works with distributors to make sure volume is correctly reported.

Customer Management, RGM/Analytical, Negotiation
Ability to understand contracts

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or GED
Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts
