Job Description: P Monteleone Landscaping Co, located at 2610 Wynde Tree Drive, Seven Hills, OH 44131 is seeking to hire 12 TEMPORARY, FULL TIME Landscapers to work from 3/4/26 to 12/15/26. The workers will perform landscaping installation, maintenance, and repair work for customer properties located in Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, Portage, and Summit counties. Operate mowing equipment and gas-powered hand equipment, such as mowers, edgers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, and others. Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges. Trim and clear flower beds. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and/or trees using automatic sprayers and spreaders. Load and unload utility trailers. Transportation provided from shop to work locations. This is a full time, temporary job. Mo-Fr, 7am-4pm, 40 hrs/week $18.91/hr; OT as needed at $28.37/hr. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit or tenure with employer. Job Req: Able to lift/carry 50lbs.No experience required. Random, post-hire background, drug, and alcohol checks. Must be eligible to obtain a state-issued driver's license. If req, shared accommodation is available at fair market value & wage will be deducted for the reasonable cost (the lodging may not be employer-owned rather the employer arranges it on behalf of the workers the employee's check will be deducted by max $100/week). If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
