Job Description

The Product Support Specialist provides on-site support to Automotive Refinish Territory Managers and Customer Service. This role is responsible for collecting and communicating customer feedback, and ensuring their issues are addressed in an expedient manner. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to document and present technical results clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site technical service and support Territory Managers for assigned product lines.

Execute basic technical assignments and troubleshooting tasks under guidance.

Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.

Maintain strong working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Provide clear and concise documentation of technical findings and service activities.

Present technical results and updates in writing or orally to TMs, Toll Producers, and internal teams.

Facilitate Root Cause Analysis for products found to be defective.

Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related fields such as communication, marketing, project management, and/or science fields; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

2 or more years of experience in a technical service, field support, or customer-facing role.

Basic understanding of technical service processes and tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
