Exito Services, LLC in Kinsman, Ohio, 330-360-7833 is seeking 15 Laborers for temporary, full-time employment to: Manually move tools and materials such as flashing, debris, ladders, heat welders, asphalt, coal-tar and other tools and materials associated with roofing.
Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 5:00PM, with a one hour lunch break. Workers may need to work on the weekend depending on the weather Monday through Friday. Workers are needed to begin work on 04/01/2026 through 11/30/2026. Work will be performed in Trumbull county, and travel will be required to other counties and nearby states . Workers will be paid $30.91 per hour and overtime no less than $46.37 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Friday (weekly) by check. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. No education required. One month of experience required.
Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses ($16.28 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $68.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order (not counting any extensions). In determining the appropriate amount of reimbursement for meals for less than a full day, the employer may provide for meal expense reimbursement, with receipts, up to 75 percent of the maximum reimbursement for meals, or $51.00. The employer may arrange and pay for the transportation for the reasonable costs incurred by the worker. The employer will reimburse the H 2B worker in the first workweek for all Visa, Visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
The employer will provide workers, at no charge, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Hand tools will need to be provided by the employee.
