Job Overview

Install, repair, and troubleshoot all plant equipment. Perform PMs and assist with TPM program. Responsible for all facility maintenance.

Starts at $35. Will also include 1.10 additional for off shift

Key Job Responsibilities

(1) Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment on both a scheduled and emergency basis.
(2) Advises supervisor of equipment status and recommended action.
(3) Performs preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and physical facility, lifting equipment (overhead & hoists).
(4) Installs both mechanical and electrical equipment. Makes necessary alignments and adjustments to ensure proper operation.
(5) Uses overhead cranes, hoists, ladders, and tow motor to move and position equipment or do repairs.
(6) Reads hydraulic schematics, trouble-shoots, and repairs hydraulic systems.
(7) Fabricates metal for machine guards, tables, etc. by machining own parts.
(8)Builds and makes own bushings/parts to repair machine or recommends purchase.
(9)Obeys all safety rules, wears proper PPE, and adhere to 6S standard.
(10) Assist engineers and supervision to make improvements to parts, methods, fixturing andworkplaceorganization for continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma/ GED

Knowledge of Pneumatics/Hydraulics

Welding a plus

Electrical Experience
