Job Description

Work close to home, help your community, no nights, no weekends (Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm), thirteen paid holidays, paid vacation, paid life insurance, retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and the employer pays for your training!

The Housing/Energy Department of ABCAP located in Winchester, is accepting resumes or applications for Weatherization Technicians. Pay starts at $17 per hour. 

Duties include general weatherization work, general repair, warehouse, and workshop activities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience and/or training in construction trades, home weatherization, or related fields. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets the agency's fleet standards and must pass a drug screen and criminal record check.
