Revit Drafter Designer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01615

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

A small fast-growing mechanical engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing CAD Designer

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher level education
• Associates degree or several years of CAD experience
• Must have experience & be proficient using Revit CAD & MS Word (AutoCad 2D and 3D is a plus) to prepare specification documents
• Experience design detailing HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning), piping, plumbing, fire protection…
• Ideal background detailing facilities/buildings (Education, Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Public Housing, Transit, Airports, Library and Historical Sites)
• Well organized with exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Follow directions and guidance from Senior Designers and Engineers
• Complete project in a timely fashion
• Past experience with State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, or Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is a plus

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
