Job Description

Architect - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01608

Salary Range: $70k - $100k Permanent Position with Benefits

Cleveland, Ohio engineering firm is seeking to hire an experienced Architect to design, create and detail technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit. Hotel and restaurant experience is strongly preferred

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or a Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
• Strong understanding of architectural design with expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit CAD to create accurate blueprints, ensure compliance with building codes, coordinate with engineers / project management through detailed documentation, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Hotel and restaurant experience is strongly preferred
• Organized with attention to detail, proficiency in CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Work closely with other architects, engineers, and other team members to refine designs, resolve technical challenges, identify and address potential design conflicts and issues before they arise during construction
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Verify that designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
