Position Title: Foreman - Construction

Description: Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Construction - Foreman. This position is located in Cambridge, OH and will report to the Superintendent - Construction.This position is responsible for the initial construction of new facilities per the drilling programs and maintenance of multi-well production facilities for high condensate yield/high gas volume wells.Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines
Maintain appropriate workforce planning aligned with workloads
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget constraints
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards
Promote and enforce safety best practices on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions
Identify potential issues or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep project on track
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving on-site conflicts or concerns
Oversee the procurement and availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects
Maintain an inventory of supplies and report any shortages
Potential to be on-call after posted working hours, over weekends and holidays as projects dictate

Minimum Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of intended project designs
Ability to collaborate and communicate with engineers and office staffEducation & Work Experience Required
Minimum Requirements:
Engineering-related degree
5+ years of oilfield construction experience required
Experience effectively sourcing materials and managing construction crews
Proven knowledge and experience in ASME B31.3 piping installations including quality/NDE requirements, and welding proceduresPhysical Requirements
