7 temporary full-time Food Concessionaire from 04/01/2026 – 11/15/2026 at multiple worksites as per itinerary.
No minimum education or experience required. On the job training provided.
Post injury/incident or reasonable suspicion check required, cost paid by employer and applied to all workers, US and foreign/H2B.
Applicant must be qualified, ready, willing, able, and available to perform during the entire employment at the designated worksites under adverse weather; to enter into and comply with employment contracts; to follow workplace rules; and to meet job performance standards.
Must comply with grooming requirements and dress code.
Subject to discharge for cause.
Must be willing to work up to 7 days per week, including weekends and Holidays.
Applicants must cooperate with and complete job application and interview truthfully.
Job Duties: Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement or recreation facility. Sell and serve food at concession’s window. Prepare food such as funnel cakes made from a mix and just add water, Elephant ears from pre-made frozen dough, hot dogs and Italian sausages cooked on a grill. Using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures operate large-volume cooking equipment, such grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles or hot plates. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking using knives or slicers. Following simple specified instructions: Set-up and take down the booth, this consists of opening the awnings and closing them. No tools are needed. Replenish food and paper products as needed. Using basic cleaning supplies and following proper safety precautions and sanitary measures ensure all items are cleaned and stored in a specified safe manner for transportation Check for any food service equipment not working properly and report to maintenance personnel for repair or replacement. For example, watch for damage to electrical cords and report issues as needed.










Employer will offer a minimum of 35 hours of work per week. Hours and schedules vary with work needs. Normal shift: Wednesday-Sunday 3pm-11pm. Work needs (i.e., hours, days, schedule, location, and work positions) vary and subject to industry practice and are not guaranteed per day, per week, per schedule, per location, or per worker, e.g., rainouts, brief periods without scheduled events, event dates and hours set by agreement with sponsor and subject to change (based upon adverse weather, hours of operation, day of the week, attendance, size of the event, school schedules, amount of equipment in operation, staffing, etc.), and unforeseen cancellations. In the event of approved, overlapping events, work needs may cause workers to be adjusted.
Pay varies based on location of each worksite, basic wage rate of $12.56 - $14.27 per hour. Employer may increase wage or provide bonus based on experience, performance, tenure, and/or market conditions. Overtime may be available at $18.84 - $21.41 per hour. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Pay received weekly, single workweek used for computing wages.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, equipment and uniform required to perform job.
Travel required and provided from each worksite as per itinerary. Must commute from home at prior worksite to next worksite. Optional transportation to worksites provided at no cost to the worker. Work is performed outside in all weather.
Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Employer will assist worker in locating housing.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform job. Required uniform provided at no cost to the employee.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
If worker completes half the employment period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissed early, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. All transportation costs are to be preapproved. If necessary, the employer will reimburse the H–2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H–2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
