Worksite Location(s): Multiple work locations in Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, Portage and Summit Counties. The employer provides transportation from shop in Chesterland to these work locations.

Job Description: The Bremec Group, located at 12265 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, OH 44026, is seeking to hire 12 FULL TIME, TEMPORARY LANDSCAPERS to work from 3/16/26 to 11/30/26. Perform landscaping installation, maintenance, and repair work for customer properties located in Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, Portage and Summit Counties. Operate mowing equipment and gas-powered hand equipment, such as mowers, edgers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, and others. Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges. Trim and clear flower beds. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and/or trees using automatic sprayers and spreaders. Maintain drainage and irrigation systems. Troubleshoot common electrical and/or motor issues in the field. Load and unload utility trailers. Maintain accurate performance records. Keep tools and equipment maintained and organized. Assist with plant maintenance in year- round nursery. Travel to customer worksites from employer headquarters in Chesterland in employer provided vehicles. This is a full time, temporary job. Mo-Fri, 8am to 5pm, 40hrs/wk, OT as needed. Pay is $18.91/hr with OT pay at $28.37/hr. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs. May be subject to random, post-hire background, drug, and/or alcohol checks. Must have or be eligible to obtain a state-issued driver’s license. Multiple work locations in Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, Portage and Summit Counties. The employer provides transportation from shop to these work locations.

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Daily transportation provided to work locations from the employer's shop in Chesterland.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. No experience required; the employer will train.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
