Job Description

Description
As a Storeroom Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable storeroom operations. Partnering closely with the Manager, you'll help set daily priorities, coordinate schedules, and ensure the right parts are available at the right time to support critical operations at the Wilmington Ohio location and various out base sites across the country.

You'll be a go-to problem solver-balancing resources, anticipating needs, and responding quickly to maintenance schedules, staffing changes, and urgent situations. Your technical expertise and leadership will support teammates as they troubleshoot parts issues, resolve logistical bottlenecks, and collaborate with program managers to improve data systems and workflows.

What You'll Do

Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day storeroom operations, work priorities, and staffing schedules
Serve as a technical and operational resource for the storeroom team
Ensure customer needs are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time
Perform hands-on storeroom duties, including ordering, receiving, issuing, inventorying, and billing parts
Assist with equipment, facility, and property maintenance parts as needed
Mentor and guide less experienced storekeepers, helping them grow their skills and confidence
Inspect and oversee work in the Manager's absence, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance
Contribute to employee performance appraisals and continuous improvement efforts
Maintain clear, professional communication with all levels of the organization
Act as a liaison between LGSTX and contractors to ensure timely access to parts and equipment
Complete all required documentation in compliance with carrier, airport authority, municipal, state, and federal regulations
Model and promote safety-conscious behaviors in every task and process

What We're Looking For

A collaborative leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Someone comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and willing to support flexible shifts
A mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting team success
A safety-focused professional committed to operational excellence and customer service

If you enjoy leading by example, solving complex logistical challenges, and playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your leadership career.
