Senior Citizens Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable individual to serve as a Part-Time Facility Opener/Closer for a senior citizens center. This role is responsible for opening and/or closing the facility, ensuring the building is safe, accessible, and ready for daily activities. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Training is provided.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Open and close the facility according to scheduled hours
• Ensure the building is secure
• Prepare common areas for daily programs and activities
• Perform basic facility checks and light upkeep as needed
• Communicate any concerns or maintenance issues to staff

Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings
• Willingness to learn; training provided

Compensation and Schedule: 

• $15.00 per hour
• Flexible Schedule; shifts may begin as early as 5:45am or run as late as 7:00pm
