Job Description

Civil Engineer - AutoCAD, AASHTO, ODOT - Mansfield, OH - JOB 25-01632

Salary Range: $60K - $110K Permanent Position with Benefits.

Have the ability to work from home occasionally.

A privately held civil engineering & survey firm is seeking to hire a Civil Engineer to perform bridge, highway, land development and/or drainage design.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• The successful candidate will need to be able to perform bridge, highway, land development and/or drainage design.
• Strong experience with AASHTO, Ohio DOT and other pertinent design manuals.
• Able to pay close attention to details.
• Able to spot detailed differences and follow example designs or plans.
• Seeking candidates that possess a professional work ethic, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in both field and office.
• Strong initiative but will ask questions if they don't understand how to proceed with a design or project.
• Sufficient experience to know how to self-educate regarding new or unfamiliar design methods.
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• MS Office; Word & Excel experienced

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
