Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work remotely full-time. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
As part of our Websites team, you'll play a critical role in helping restaurants build a strong online presence using our website-building toolkit.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for design, customer service, and website development.
You'll work closely with restaurant customers, bringing their vision to life, testing our tools, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless user experience.
In this role, you will build fully functional, visually appealing websites for restaurant customers using the website building product.
You will communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into website designs.
You will test the website building product for bugs, usability issues, and potential areas of improvement, providing feedback to the product team.
And you will troubleshoot customer issues related to the website product and provide timely resolutions.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: Full-time, M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Length: 6-month contract, opportunity of extension

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience designing websites using tools such as Squarespace or Wix
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Familiarity with the restaurant industry or small business websites
Strong eye for design
Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience interfacing with internal and external customers/teams
Problem solving skills
Detail-oriented
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
