Ohio Gas Company is seeking an individual to join our customer service team. In office position with job hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serving customers via telephone
• Providing information regarding natural gas services
• Assisting with service issues in a friendly and efficient manner
• Developing payment plans and accepting payments in accordance with regulations
• Maintaining detailed customer records
• Processing internal reports

Requirements Include:

• Experience in accounting and/or billing functions
• Prior customer service/call center experience
• Computer literate with MS Office and ability to learn specialized software
• Spanish speaking ability helpful, but not required
