Entry Level Outside Sales Representative – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and career-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our Mayfield Heights office. In this temp-to-perm role, you will be the initial point of contact with potential new clients to sell our services to generate new business accounts. You will engage prospects via cold calling, emails, face-to-face presentations, and social networking groups. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude, career mindset and a strong desire to reach company goals.

Position Details:

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

· Compensation:

· Temporary: $15.00/hour

· Permanent: $17.50/hour + commission

Responsibilities:

· Telemarketing for potential new companies to sell our services

· Utilizing various prospecting strategies to generate new business

· Servicing current database accounts Servicing current database accounts

· Researching and qualifying companies to expand database contacts

· Negotiating contract terms

· Presenting qualified candidates to new and existing clients

Qualifications:

· Entry-level sales experience; training provided

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Results-focused

· Ability to build rapport and listen actively to client needs

· Proficiency in basic computer applications; training provided on internal systems

· Professional demeanor with a growth-oriented mindset
