Clerical Backup- (Support):
FT, 40, or PT 32, hrs. per week. Eligibility for comprehensive insurance benefits, generous paid leave, retirement lan with employer match, and EAP program.
Overview:
To provide pre-assigned, or back-up, clerical support coverage at all agency locations.
Primary duties include back-up coverage for receptionist, switchboard, and records room, and/or copy work.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, as well as two years' related clerical experience required.
Excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation; pleasant, calm demeanor. Ability to work effectively and expeditiously, independently, and as a member of a team; efficiently perform computer data entry, and operate standard office equipment required. Multi-line phone training/experience preferred. Dependability, flexibility and ability to work a variable schedule. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word) preferred. Subject to criminal background, BMV, drug and credit check clearances. E.O.E.
