The Lima Family YMCA of Lima, OH is seeking part-time (15-20hrs per week) Security to join our team. We are looking for applicants for the following :

• Weekdays 4:30pm – 10:30pm
• Weekends 12pm – 6:30pm

Pay Rate:   
$12.00 per hour 

General Function:

Under the supervision of the Youth Sports Director, the Security/Manager on Duty position shall maintain a safe environment, takes personnel leadership responsibilities in various youth physical and non-physical activities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with one year experience.
• Ability to work well with others in an open and friendly manner.
• Ability to relate to persons of varying economic, social and cultural backgrounds.
• Understand and agree with the stated purpose of the YMCA and willing to work toward their achievement.
• Must be prompt, responsible and conscientious.
• Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to solve conflicts or issues that may arise
• Must possess maturity/sound judgment and strong sense of responsibility

Certifications:

• Current CPR/Basic First Aid, preferred
