Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing surveying company. This role is essential to our daily operations and serves as the primary point of contact for clients while supporting our surveyors with administrative and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Gather and record client information for survey estimates and proposals
- Assist surveyors with preparation and review of legal descriptions
- Organize, maintain, and manage digital and physical project files
- Coordinate office workflow to ensure projects move efficiently
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, documentation, and general inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to management and field staff
Qualifications
- Prior office management or administrative experience (preferred)
- Experience in surveying, engineering, real estate, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
